Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you will have 24 hours prior to your appointment to do so through email or to contact me. If you fail to do so, you will forfeit your deposit and be charged 100% of service to the card on file.

No show/No call
Appointment will be canceled. Reserves the right to charge 100% of service to card on file. Will also be banned from making future appointments. You will have to pay an UNBANNED FEE of $50 to be allowed to make future appointments.

Late
15 minute grace late period. Anytime after 15 mins, the appointment will be canceled and you will forfeit your deposit and 100% of service will be charged to the card on file.

Unsatisfied service
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. I do NOT issue any refunds. If you are unsatisfied, please contact me and I will fix any mistakes.
If you leave your appointment and do NOT state that you are unsatisfied till AFTER, you WILL be charged accordingly for my time and product use (polish change, additional nail art, etc).
